Dianne Blanco - Chief Executive Officer
Mrs Blanco spent 14 years at Baxter Healthcare growing medical device/pharmaceutical divisions in the US, Europe and globally. She started at Baxter leading a new initiative to build a division to develop market products for healthcare outside the hospital a non-traditional market for Baxter. In three years, she built the division to over $200 million in sales. In her latest position she spent over five years as President of the European division with P&L responsibility for more than 500 employees and over three-quarters of a billion dollars in sales. The organization grew almost 20 percent annually in the last three years. She was responsible for bringing many new products to market during her tenure, including a critical care therapy that revitalized a large division and moved it from a distant number three in the market to market leader. |

Eva-Lisa Heinrichs, MD - Chief Medical Officer
Dr Heinrichs is a Medical Doctor with substantial experience in the medical device industry. She has a Medical Licentiate degree from Helsinki University, Finland, a Doctor of Medicine Degree from Cardiff University, UK, and is registered with the UK and Finnish General Medical Councils as a general medical practitioner. Dr Heinrichs spent 10 years as European Medical Director of ConvaTec Ltd, (then a division of Bristol-Myers Squibb) a world leader in wound therapeutics and ostomy care devices. Her responsibilities included product development support, clinical study planning and implementation to generate safety, efficacy, economic outcomes and reimbursement data to support commercial launches. From 2003 until 2007 she worked as a senior research fellow and medical doctor in Cardiff, Wales, in the Wound Healing Research Unit (WHRU), a world-renowned center of excellence in tissue repair. |

Christoph Elser - Sales Director Over the last 20 years Mr. Elser has held various senior positions in the medical device industry at WL GORE, Baxter and Transmedics. He pioneered several market segments and launched new technologies successfully in Europe, Asia/ Pacific, Latin America and Canada. During his time at Baxter he spent 2.5 years as Director Orthobiologics specifically in the field of bone and cartilage regeneration where he was responsible for global business planning and execution. In his role as Senior Director International he oversaw revenues of $140 million in regions outside the US, with growth rates of 46%. In this position, he acted also as the commercial head in several successful business development activities, expanding the product portfolio. |

Jacqueline de Groot, PhD - Chief Scientific Officer
Dr de Groot is an expert in polymer chemistry and the knee. Dr, de Groot has more than 15 years experience in biomedical polymer research at the University of Groningen and at Pharmacia. During her research at the University, she began almost a 20 year development path of polymers for meniscus regeneration and is one of the co-inventors on the Orteq patent. She has published 32 scientific publications and has given numerous presentations to the medical and chemical community. Her work resulted in two granted patents and five patent applications. From 1998 to 2002, she was project leader of R&D at Pharmacia, where she led a project team developing hydrogels for injectable and accommodating intraocular lenses. In this position she formulated completely new concepts for biocompatible hydrogels with unique properties. |

Peter van Wijk - Operation Director Mr van Wijk is a polymer chemist with more than 13 years business experience. He has held executive positions at Johnson & Johnson in the areas of new product development, new product commercialization, engineering and operations. Mr van Wijk has a Bachelor degree equivalent in analytical/organic chemistry, a Master of Science in chemistry from the University of Groningen and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus Graduate School of Business. |

David W Anderson - Chairman
Mr Anderson has been a successful entrepreneur in the orthopaedic medical device field for over 20 years. He has led four orthopaedic organizations; Osteotech (Executive VP), Bionx Implants (CEO), Replication Medical (Founder and Director), and Gentis (CEO). Mr. Anderson was a founder of Osteotech and was the founder and CEO of Bionx Implants which he grew through over 60 product approvals to over $20 million in sales in less than three years. He was also part of the team that created Integra LifeSciences and was an active member of the Board of Directors of Replication Medical. He has raised over $150 million in venture capital, taken a company through the IPO route onto NASDAQ, and has been a part of multiple M&A transactions. |

Simon Coles - Global Director of Marketing Mr Coles' career spans two decades of consistent achievement in Healthcare Sales and Marketing, with Smith & Nephew and Baxter. He has launched medical devices that have pioneered new treatments in the fields of biosurgery, wound care, orthobiologics and tissue regeneration. Operating at a global level he has worked extensively throughout Europe, Asia and the United States. Mr. Coles was Head of US Marketing from 2002-2005, helping to build the Baxter Biosurgery business to $125million revenue. His other role at Baxter was as Head of Global Marketing and Strategy with the Baxter Biosurgery unit. During this period at Baxter he was a member of the senior management team that created a new, global, direct sales franchise in surgery, with revenues of $260million, growing at 22% per annum. |
